Former dome site and headquarters hotel land transfer to Development Authority

VIsion President Mike Barrett testified on behalf of Virginia Beach Vision at City Council's public hearing Tuesday evening, October 1, 2011 supporting the transfer of the land to the Virginia Beach Development Authority so that proposals for the development of the former Dome site and a headquarters hotel can proceed with contract negotiations.
